No Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges as a standard policy.

Refunds (Only in Specific Cases)

If a customer requests a refund, it will only be processed under the following conditions:

  1. The customer must send the product back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed).

  2. Once we receive the product and verify it is in acceptable condition, we will initiate the refund.

  3. The refund amount will be issued after deduction of shipping charges (and any other applicable delivery/courier fees).

Condition of Returned Product

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

  • Returned in original condition

  • Unused and not damaged

  • With original packaging (if applicable)

If the product is used, damaged, or missing parts/packaging, the refund may be refused or adjusted.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds are typically processed within [3–7] business
