No Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges as a standard policy.
Refunds (Only in Specific Cases)
If a customer requests a refund, it will only be processed under the following conditions:

The customer must send the product back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed).

Once we receive the product and verify it is in acceptable condition, we will initiate the refund.
