Delivery Locations

We currently ship all across Pakistan. If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you before dispatch.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time (after dispatch):

• Major cities: 2–4 business days

• Other cities/areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, strikes, or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in selected areas. If COD is not available for your location or product, you will be prompted to choose another payment method at checkout.

Address & Contact Details

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If the courier is unable to reach you due to incorrect details, re-delivery charges may apply.

Failed Delivery / Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

• customer not available

• phone not reachable

• incorrect address

the courier may return the parcel to us. In such cases, re-delivery will be arranged after confirmation and additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Parcel / Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged parcel or wrong item:

• Record an unboxing video from start to finish (recommended).

• Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.

We will guide you for replacement or resolution as per our return policy.

Heavy / Fragile Items

Some items may require special packaging or extra shipping charges. Any additional charges (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch.
